# Settings
Select Settings in the bottom navigation to manage the account, data transfer, notifications, support, and measurement capture. Bluetooth, WiFi, and app permissions are managed through Android Settings; PhotosynQ also provides a Location Preferences shortcut.

| Account | View My Profile, deactivate the account, or sign out. |
| Data transfer | Set WiFi only and Auto upload, or view Background Upload Status. |
| Notifications | Open Notification Inbox or Push Notification Settings. |
| Support | Open Ask PhotoQ AI, Help Center, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Send Debug. |
| Measurement capture | Manage location preferences and barcode auto-capture. |
View My Profile opens the profile details for the signed-in account.
| Setting | Behavior |

| WiFi only | Allows cloud communication only while the phone is connected to WiFi. Local measurement and QC workflows remain available. |
| Auto upload | Attempts to upload each accepted Project measurement automatically. Disable it when measurements should be reviewed before upload. |
| Barcode auto-capture | Automatically accepts the first visible barcode when answering a barcode-enabled Project question. |
The installed app version is shown beneath Send Debug in the Support section. Include it when contacting support.
Pending measurements
If WiFi only prevents an upload in the field, the measurement remains stored locally. Upload it later from Measurements.
