Sign In to PhotosynQ

Sign in to access your work on PhotosynQ. You can only have one account active at a time.

TIP

You need an account, its email address and password, and access to that email inbox.

Browser

1. Visit photosynq.org/sign_in (opens new window) or click on Login in the top menu bar if you are already on the page
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. If you wish to stay signed in, check Remember me
4. Click Sign in.
5. Open the verification email and enter its seven-character code.
6. Click Verify and continue.

Android

1. Open the PhotosynQ App.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Tap Login. PhotosynQ emails a seven-character verification code to the account address.
4. Open the email and enter the code on the Check Your Email screen.
5. Tap Verify and Sign In.

Desktop

1. Start the PhotosynQ App.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Sign in. PhotosynQ emails a seven-character verification code to the account address.
4. Open the email and enter the code in the Verification Code field.
5. Click Verify and Sign In.

Verification code help

• The code contains six digits followed by one uppercase letter, for example 123456A.
• The code expires after 20 minutes and can only be used once.
• Resend Code becomes available after 60 seconds.
• Requesting a new code invalidates the previous code. Always enter the most recent code received.
• Check the spam or junk folder if the message does not arrive in the inbox.
• Select Use a Different Account to return to the password screen.
• Android and Desktop do not remember verified devices in this initial release. A new sign-in requires a new email code.

An internet connection is required for both the password and verification-code steps.
